Charles E. Starks, Jr. 52 , of Indianapolis, passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2006. He was self employed as a taxi cab driver. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 20th, 2006 in Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church 3101 East 30th Street, with calling there 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Arrangements entrusted to Lavenia, Smith & Summers Home for Funerals. He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Nancy Starks; sons: Charles III and Luther Starks; father, Charles Sr.; brother, Kenneth Starks; sisters: Charlene Johnson, Shirley Starks, Odena Starks, Tonya Rankin (Duanne), Jennifer Thomas (Rev. Dr. John) and Vickie Johnson (Darryl); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
