Chester L. Hendrix
Chester L. "Henry" Hendrix, 81, Indianapolis, died Apr. 25, 2003. He worked 31 years for Bryant Manufacturing. Mr. Hendrix was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of Mt. Zion General Baptist Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Building Fund at Mt. Zion General Baptist Church. Services will be 10 a.m. Tue. Apr. 29 in Legacy Funeral Alternatives at Memorial Park, with calling from 4 to 8 p.m Mon. Apr. 28. Burial at Memorial Park Cemetery. Survivors include wife Ruth Durham Hendrix; sons David and Donald Hendrix; step-daughter Phyllis Lord; daughter-in-law Laura Hendrix; brother Alben Hendrix; sister Ruby Hendrix; grandson Donald Allen Hendrix; step-grandchildren Michael Eaton, Brandon Durham, Billi Lord, Lesley Durham. He was preceded in death by wife Mary Janice Hendrix and step-son Tim Durham.
