Geneva D. Jenkins

Geneva Davis Jenkins 85, of Indianapolis, died Thurday July 21, 2005. She was a former clerk for 799 and Hawks Liquor Stores for many years and she also worked for Bank One before retiring. Mrs. Jenkins was a former member of Corinthian Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Jenkins and one son, Linuel Jenkins, Sr. Funeral services will be Wednesday July 27, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church, 2815 Sutherland Ave. with Pastor Kevin D. Long officiating. Calling will be Wednesday July 27th from 11:00 a.m. until service at the church. Entombment will be in Crown Hill Cemetery. Survivors include her beloved daughters, Virgie Mae Thurman, Addie McFarland, Anna Banks and Wilma Miller; 12 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
