Jack Cognata

Jack Cognata Age 74, of Kokomo, died Thursday, January 20, 2005. He was born January 20, 1931 in Kokomo, he was the son of James and Josephine Cognata. He graduated Kokomo high school and Indiana University. He married Josephine Palapiano July 12, 1969 in Montreal Canada, she survives. He owned Cognata Greenhouse in Kokomo until retirement in January 2004. Jack was known by many Greenhouse Business people in Indianapolis. Surviving with his wife is a son, James Cognata and his wife Angela, of Columbus, IN. And three grandsons. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 25 in St. Patricks Catholic Church, Kokomo.
