John Haamid Obituary
80, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 10, 2016. He retried from Ford Motor Company after 30 years, and was the owner of Dumas Barber Shop. He is survived by his wife, Rosalind; daughters, Lynn, Tracey, Carol, and Nadryah.
Service begins PROMPTLY at 12-noon on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at Masjid Al-Fajr Mosque, 2846 N. Cold Springs Rd. Arrangements have been entrusted to Boatright Family Funeral Service.

Mr. Haamid was such a dear man! He was a childhood friend of my family's, and treated my brother and I as sons, as he cut our hair throughout our childhoods. His barbershop was a fertile place for the goings on in the neighborhood, the city and the world, I learned a great deal from the discussions had there.
Lastly, My father was sick and unable to come the shop, and Mr Haamid came to our father's house and gave him a fresh cut! I know my Dad appreciated and so did his sons! Thank you for your kindness!
