John Parker Obituary
81 years of age, of Zionsville, and formerly of Monroe City, IN, passed away on February 16, 2017. John was a graduate of Patoka High School and proudly served in the Coast Guard. He retired from Roadway Express after more than 20 years, having received the 3 Million Mile Roadway Award during his time of service. John was a Mason.
John is survived by his beloved wife; four children, 8 grandchildren; three brothers, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two daughters and two brothers.
The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the care givers of Paradigm Living Concepts. ARN Funeral & Cremation is handling the arrangements.

Life is never what we expect. Always sad to lose a loved one under any circumstance. I worked with John at Roadway Express in Salt Lake City and was a special friend of his for many many years. He had a beautiful family and he will be missed. My love to all!

We were very sorry to hear of the passing of John. We had been good friends with John for many years. Ronnie worked with John at Roadway and played many many games of gold with John. He will surely be missed and all our sympathy goes out to his family.
