Louis E. Roberts

Louis E. Roberts 78, Indianapolis, died Dec. 26, 2005. He was a laborer 27 years for Indianapolis Railroad, retiring in 1979. Mr. Roberts was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Services will be at Noon, Dec. 30, 2005 in Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center - Washington Park North, with calling there from 11 a.m. Entombment will be in Washington Park North Cemetery. He was the widower of Lurlyne E. (Prody) Roberts. Survivors include daughter Rhonda M. Roberts-Swanson; sons Rodney J. Roberts, Roger L. Roberts of Cedar Hills, TX; step-daughters Jada Cazares and Monica Hill; step-son Donald Eldridge; step-sisters Mary Johnson and Lenora Johnson; step-brother Harvey Proctor, Elwood Proctor, Jr., Harold Proctor, Henry Proctor. He was preceded in death by step-son Kenneth Eldridge Jr.; step-sister Mildred Rice and step-brother Clen Proctor.
