Maria Davis Obituary
55, of Indianapolis, passed away on July 25, 2017. She attended IPS#75, graduated from George Washington High School and completed her studies at IUPUI. Maria worked at White Castle, Lucas Oil and Costco over the years.
On Saturday, August 5, there will be a Celebration of Life Service at 12 p.m., with visitation from 9 a.m. until time of service at Olivet Missionary Church, 4141 North High School Road, where Rev. Dr. Wayne L Moore is the pastor. Interment will be at Washington Park North Cemetery.
She leaves her mother, Betty E, Bebley Jones; father Ezell Jones; daughters and son, Kenya Gilbert, Dominique Davis and twins, Ashley and Amber Davis; 7 grandchildren; sister, Jennifer L Beeler (David Anthony). She was preceded in death by her sister, Daphne Roper.

My heart is very heavy as we start another season at Luces oil I learned of the passing of my dear, dear, FRIEND Marie my heart goes out to her family. Marie didn't know a stranger she spoke & hug and smile at everyone you will truly be miss. We loved you. RIP

Ms. Betty, Jennifer and family, it is unbelievable that we have lost another one of GOD's Angels' that walked among us here on earth. My heart is simply aching for the lost of your daughter, sister and dear friend. She truly had a heart and love for people.
I pray and ask for forgiveness for my selfishness when I say "I only wish that the Lord would have given her to us for a little while longer", but we all know that He doesn't make mistakes.
My prayer is that you not lean onto your understanding, but lean on GOD's. I pray for his continuous mercy & grace.
