Sister Lacey, as she was affectionately called by many who knew her, was quite a woman. A church deaconess and actively involved in church activities for many years, she formed an integral part of the Capitol City Adventist community. We absolutely LOVED her apple cobbler that she contributed to the Sabbath potluck. She is sorely missed by those of us who loved her.
