Michael Quest Obituary

Michael Paul Quest 45, Indianapolis, passed away October 13, 2008. He was born July 3, 1963 in the Army Hospital at Fort Harrison, IN. Michael was a graduate of Warren Central High School, and also attended Purdue University and IUPUI. His love of the outdoors and concern for young people led him to be active in Boy Scouts. Michael was employed for many years in the food service industry. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph W. Quest, LTC (Ret.), USA. Michael is survived by his mother, Nancy Quest; his brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Diane Quest, Mooresville; his sister and brother-in-law, Terry and Bill Krueskamp, Indianapolis; and four nieces and one nephew. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19 at 3:30 PM in the chapel of St. Simon the Apostle Catholic Church, 8155 Oaklandon Road, with visitation from 2:00 PM until service time in the chapel. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the Homeless Initiative Program, 1835 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 or the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library, Irvington Branch, 40 E. St. Clair Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Arrangements have been entrusted to Legacy Funeral Center at Memorial Park. Condolences may be shared with the Quest Family online at: www.flannerbuchanan.com

I lost track of Mike. I miss him. He was a truly awesome person. We had some great times. This is truly unfortunate. I had hope that we would reconnect. My heart is broken.
