Phyllis Seay Obituary
of Indianapolis, was called home to be with the heavenly Father on February 17, 2017. She passed away peacefully in her sleep with her family by her side. Phyllis was a homemaker who always put the family needs before her own. Her hobbies included ceramics, collecting costume jewelry, gardening and following the Indianapolis Colts.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Dutch Seay and her brother, Carl Marsh. Survivors include daughters, Karen Seay, Kathy (Don) Atkinson, Kimberly Seay and granddaughter, Kristin (Sean) Cullen.
Friends may visit with Phyllis' family from 3 - 7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Flanner and Buchanan - Decatur Township, 5463 Kentucky Avenue, Indianapolis. A celebration of her life will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Concordia Cemetery.
