Rick Brune Obituary

Rick L. Brune 54, Venice, FL, formerly of McCordsville, IN, son of Lowell and June Marie Brune, passed away February 10, 2006 at home in Venice, Florida. He was a graduate of Mt. Vernon High School (Fortville) and attended Ball State University. He worked at Ft. Benjamin Harrison Finance and Accounting Center, Service Supply, owned and operated Rick Brune Interiors, played the organ at Greenfield Friends Church, and was a kitchen designer in Venice, Florida. He is survived by his mother; sister Beverly Baugh of Indianapolis; best friend and caretaker Jerry Ansell of Venice; aunt Mildred Rush of New Palestine; aunt Lois and uncle Dick Steele of McCordsville, and six cousins. He was preceded in death by his father. A celebration of life tribute will be held at the Greenfield Friends Church on Saturday, February 18, 2006 at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greenfield Friends Church, 323 W. Park Ave., Greenfield, IN 46140, or to the American Cancer Society co Patty Cook 426 Hamilton Street Fortville, IN 46040. Seals Funeral Home in Fortville is in charge of arrangements.
