Robert A. Cameron
63, of Greenfield, passed away February 19, 2013. He was born October 30, 1949 in Indianapolis. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Cameron. Survivors include his two daughters, Alison (fiancé Jonathan Williams) Cameron and Whitney (Kendall) Soden; father, Archie Cameron; brother, Dan (Pam) Cameron; sister, Beckie (Mike) Knox; aunt, Mildred O'Brien; nieces and nephews, Casey (Nicole) Cameron, Cameron (Sabrina) Knox, Cory Knox, Carmen Knox; and several cousins. Robert was a 1967 graduate of Hancock Central High School. He served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He received numerous awards, to include a Vietnam Service Medal, a Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal with Valor. He graduated from Vincennes University Junior College in 1972. Robert is retired from the Hair Centre Barber Shop in Anderson, IN which he owned and operated for 25 years. Per Robert's wishes, funeral services are private.
