Ruby Evelyn Plummer
Age 79, of Carmel, passed away Friday, February 24, 2012. She was born May 13, 1932 in Greene County to the late Clifford and Emma Krebbs. She married John Herman Plummer and they enjoyed 40 wonderful years together.
She loved her large family and holiday get-togethers full of laughter and pinochle card games.
Survivors include her children: John David (Connie) Plummer; Anna Maria (John) Blazier; Roxie Kathleen Owens; and Tom Allen (Robin) Plummer; her sisters: Lottie Clayton, Frances Deckard, Verma Hamm, Juanita Turpin, Reba Bolin, Karen Evans; her brothers: Roger and Rick Krebbs; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and brother Bill Krebbs.
A service to celebrate her life will be Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in the Great Hall Chapel located on the grounds of Washington Park North. Friends may call Tuesday, February 28, 2012 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Leppert Mortuary, Smith Carmel Chapel.
