Affectionately known as "Goldie", 41 of Indianapolis passed away May 20, 2012. He is survived by his mother, Anna Davie (Thomas); step-father, Barry Carter; father, George Frazier; daughter, Shantell Crowdus; brother, William Taylor; sister, Lanitre' Turner. Services will be held at Harvest Prayer Center, 5062 Pike Plaza Road at 11:00 a.m. on Sat., May 26, 2012. Calling will be from 9 a.m. Burial: New Crown Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to
Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home .

terrell was family to me,my sisters,my brothers n my mother,i met terrell at northwest highshool my freshman year then after that we became good friends,after so long they thought we were cousins so we left it as that,terrell we all gon miss you wit all that gold in your mouth,a true friend to da fullest i love u man!!! if i dont make it to see one last time i know u will understand da pain,i'll see u when i get there r.i.h!!!!!!
