Tony Carroll Gautier

NEW BERN | Tony Carroll Gautier, 63, of New Bern, NC, passed away on Monday November 10th at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport, NC. Tony is survived by his mother, Louise Grant of Dudley, NC, His two brothers Paul Moody and wife Cindy of Dudley, NC, Curtis Gautier and wife Wanda of Benson, NC, and his sister Dorothy Whaley of Bridgeton, NC. His Daughters Carol Ann Gaskins and Melanie Sue Haggett, his grandchildren William Otis Gaskins IV, Zachary Conner Haggett, and Kaitlin Ann Haggett, and one great grandchild Carter Lee Floyd. Tony always lived a simple life, but his greatest loves in his life were his family and fishing. He was preceded in death by his father, Willard Jessie Gautier, brothers Jessie Gautier, Willard Gautier, Charles Gautier, Jodie Moody Jr., and sisters Merenday Gautier, and Debbie Gautier.
In lieu of a memorial service, the family will receive visitors and celebrate the good times that were had with Tony on Friday November 14th at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1207 Forest Drive, New Bern, NC from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. At the families request please send donations, in lieu of flowers, to Crystal Coast Hospice House 100 Big Rock Weigh, Newport, NC 28570 as a wonderful thank you for their assistance through this time.
