Alexander R., ""Al"" Pedicino M.D.

Pedicino Alexander "Al" R., M.D. On Sept. 26, 2025, age 76. He was the beloved husband of Rosemarie (nee Cerruti). Loving father of Nicole, Michael, Matthew (Kate) and Nicholas. Dearest Pop-Pop of Kathryn, Domenico and Lena. He is also survived by his brother Anthony (Mary Jo) Pedicino DDS and many loving nieces and nephews. Al was born in Italy and grew up in Germantown. He spent most of his life in Huntingdon Valley until recently residing in Eagleville. Al was a graduate Cardinal Dougherty '67, St. Joe's University and Thomas Jefferson Medical College. He began his Family Practice in 1978 at Holy Redeemer Hospital where he devoted himself to caring for his patients with service, compassion and integrity. Al's greatest blessings were his grandchildren. He enjoyed spending summers in Sea Isle City and buying the kids Fudgy Wudgys. Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation on Wed., Oct. 1 from and 6 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. and again on Thurs., Oct. 2 from 9 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. at St. Albert the Great Church, 212 Welsh Rd., Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. His Funeral Mass will follow at 11 A.M. Int. Holy Sepulchre Cem. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to either St. Joseph's Prep our Mount St. Joseph Academy. Galzeranofh.com
