Alice Sebra

Sebra Alice (nee Reinhart) Of Newtown Square, PA, passed away on August 6, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Sebra. Daughter of the late Nicholas Reinhart Sr., Joseph DeMarino and Rosalie (nee Dowd) DeMarino. Beloved mother of David (Trish), Kenny (Beverly), Gary (Cheryl), Jim (Amanda) and Megan (Michael) Gehring. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, her brother Nick (Denise) Reinhart, and her step-brother Joseph (Marylou) DeMarino. She was predeceased by her sister Joan McLaughlin. Alice dedicated her life to teaching, serving as a teacher and Vice Principal at Saint Anastasia School in Newtown Square. She was known for her boundless energy, school trips, and love for her students. Alice enjoyed everything and anything related to teaching. Alice spent many hours crocheting baby hats, sweaters, and booties, donating them to new mothers at Birthright in West Chester, PA. She was a great friend to so many and was surrounded by family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family would be deeply grateful for donations to be made to Birthright (112 S High Street, West Chester, PA 19382) or to the Alice P. Sebra Scholarship fund at Saint Anastasia (3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073). Family and friends are invited to her Visitation at Saint Anastasia Church on Saturday, August 13, 2022 from 9:15 A.M. to 10:45 A.M. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 A.M. with a burial immediately thereafter at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
