Hi Mary, It's Chickie 2 again. Just wanted to wish you a Happy Anniversary. Can't believe it's going to be 10 years. You are so missed by all of your family and your old neighbors from Croskey Street. If I could have just one of those days back, Mary, with all of us laughing again, what a joy that would be. We did laugh a lot. You have to admit. I think that's why the memories are so wonderful. We had good times with not much money, but we had each other. Please watch over all of us, dear friend, especially your Donna right now and Jen and your family. God bless you always. Catherine Arra. LOL.

Dear mom, it´s been a while since I last wrote to you that I´m sure you know that I´ve been thinking about you every single day of my life, I´m sure you know by now we need your prayers more now than ever, especially with Donna being sick as she is, so much has happened I just don´t know where to begin, I know you´ve been the guardian angel to your great grandchildren especially when they´re driving, can you believe they´re all of each to be driving cars you would be so proud of them, we talk about you all the time and they miss you as much as I do.. I had a hard time finding this page thank God for Cathi Arra as you would say..lol.. the holidays are right around the corner again and they´ll be placesettings out for you, daddy and Ronald as usual.. I´ll be visiting you soon. I hope you like the beautiful displays. We put on at the cemetery and trying to keep everything together for the family as I know you would want me too. I had so much I wanted to say to you now I feel like I´m at a loss for words I´m sure you know how much I love you and miss you but I know the day will come and we´ll be together again give daddy, Ron and all our family and friends a great big hug and kiss for me.. I know you´re not alone half of croskey street is with you I´m sure you get together for your annual poking games. Well I´m getting ready to go shopping so the next time we talk I´ll see you in my dreams. Remember how much I love you and always well forever and a day....

Dear Mom, I know it´s been awhile since I last wrote to you but for some reason I had a hard time finding this page, thanks to Cathi Arra I´m sure you know that´s how I found it..There´s not a day goes by that I don´t miss you your always on my mind and in my heart please say some extra prayers for Donna she´s going through a tough time right now and I´m sure you have a little pull up in heaven..Once again the holidays are around the corner and as usual they´ll be plates set out for you, Daddy and Ron..I really miss all of you so much..your grandchildren are all grown up, you would be so proud of them..they get a great kick out of hearing stories we tell them about you when we were growing up..they miss you so much..I´m sure your watching over them please keep them safe..Give my love to all our family and friends let them know how much I love them..Until we meet again I´ll see you in my dreams..I LOVE AND MISS YOU SO MUCH..

I wanted you to know I was thinking of you today and will be praying for and thinking about you on your anniversary. I can't believe you've been gone all these years. I know you would be coming out to breakfast with me and your girls, if you were here. We would have had a lot of laughs like we always did. You'll be happy to know Santino bought his own house and is doing very well. I've told him often about growing up on Croskey Street and the fun times we had doing things with our neighbors. It's a shame the kids of today didn't have that experience. Now, all their activities are organized. It's just a different world! I hope you've seen Gabe and Donna since I last wrote you. I'd be happy to know you are all together again having a few good laughs and reminiscing. Well, just thinking about you my dear friend. I saw your daughter's beautiful post, so I thought I'd chime in too. Hope you, John, and Ronald had a nice Easter. I remember all of the great Easters on Croskey Street with all of the kids in their new dresses, suits, coats, and hats. I have so many pictures of that snapshot in time.....the best years of my life! I visited your grave and left you a little palm a few weeks ago. I hope you knew it was from your friend Catherine Arra (haha). Miss your smiling face, Mary, so please look down on your family and all of us still here and watch over us. And, if you pass Helen, Joe, and Rita, give them a kiss for me. Love you.

Dear Mom, today we celebrated Easter with our children and your grandchildren it was a bittersweet day we were at the Riverwinds that was the last place you were out for dinner for your birthday before you passed. I hope you're celebrating with daddy and Ronald please watch over all of us send me a sign let me know but things will change and everything will be back to normal . Dear Mom, well today is the beginning of another New Year and with each passing day I still miss you more and more ... it's been a little harder for us this year since Ronald left us but I know he's with you and daddy and I know that makes you happy .. please say some special prayers for our family there's so much going on we could all use a little Extra help ... Dear Mom, I can't believe Christmas is right around the corner and once again missing you more than ever I feel comforted knowing that Ronald this with you and Daddy.. I can't say it's been easy losing Ronald but I know he's happy with you .. went to the cemetery last week I hope you were happy with the beautiful things that were placed on your grave site .. as each day goes by I try to keep things together for the family as I know you would want them to be right now we all need prayers and help so please continue to pray for us so much over us all.. please give Ron, Dad and all I love the ones I hug and kiss for me ..I can only imagine how beautiful heaven must be especially with the choir of Angels singing at Christmas.. Mary, I can't believe it's been a year since you've gone, and you are truly missed. I think of all the times I'd come out of my front door on Croskey Street and go over to your porch and sit and talk with you. Even though you were my friends' parent, you were, in every way, a friend to me, and I could talk to you about anything without being judged. How I miss those simple days, Mary, and your happy laugh. I finally found your gravesite, right near my Mom and Dad. That makes me feel good knowing you are still "neighbors" as you were on Croskey Street. tomorrow, the 7th of August,
will be a year that you have left us. Your children are so heart-broken, but I know you are there with all of them enfolding your beautiful wings around them. I miss you also, even though I would just see you walking by when I would be at my mothers. We have all lost beautiful mothers but I do believe you are in a much better place than we are. Dear Mary, Just thinking of you today and all our Croskey Street angels who have passed on--Lee, Rita Gags, Ann, and of course, my Mom, How I miss those wonderful days, and how I miss the way you were so excited to see me over the years. I'm glad I had the privilege to know you and to spend some time with you those last days, sitting in your living room and eating your frozen mini chocolates! You were always such a pleasure to be around and your laugh so memorable. Mom, there are no words that can express the Love, Respect and admiration I have for you. We always knew one day this time would come but not so soon. I was privilaged to have you in my life as long as I have.
