November 26, 2018. Beloved daughter of Kathleen Graham (James) and Pat Connor; mother of Jeremiah, Keira, and the late Antonio. Sister of Claire, Kathryn, Ashley, James, Jacob, and Patricia. Also survived by her grandmother, Frances DiGiacomo. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing Friday, 9 to 11 A.M., at GUCKIN FUNERAL MANSION, 3320-40 ``G' St. (Parking on Premises). Funeral Service 11 A.M. Int. Magnolia Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations towards her Funeral expenses would be appreciated.

what kills your first son the most is to read all these messages years later . I love you forever mommy, same for my nan and I wont ever forget you. i´m trying my hardest to this day and i´m not doing it very well but i´m still trying. i just miss having a family to see and speak to.

Its amazing how your life as short as it was touched so many people. I believe that is Gods plan for all of us. I know you are at peace with your baby in your arms. Aunt Kathy I am so sorry to hear what happened. I wanted to be there and tell you in person today, but I couldn't get the day off. I just sit here and think of all the times we had together growing up. I really wish we could've had more time as adults together. All my memories as a kid are on palmetto street. Me and Bridget were so close as kids, playing some crazy game or watching Baby Jane lol I remember being jealous of her candy stash in the fridge. Thinking she was lucky, but not realizing how sick she was and the severity of it all. I hope she is at peace now and resting well.
I really wish I could say this in person and give you the biggest hug!! I can't imagine the pain you are in. I'm going to try to get your contact information and give you a call. Please know that you, her kids, her siblings, family and friends are all in my prayers.
