DOHERTY CATHERINE June 29, 2025. Loving wife of the late John C. Doherty. Beloved mother of John (Joann), Marybrenda Degnan (William), Susan Pratico (Francis), James (Nancy) and Kevin (Tracy). Devoted grandmother of Shawn, Johnny, Patrick, Joseph, Ryan, Billy, Matthew, Michael, Frankie, Marikate, Colin, Ryleigh and Michael John. Devoted great-grandmother of William, Lucy, and Stevie. Family and friends are invited to attend her Viewing and Funeral on Thursday, July 3rd, from 9:00 A.M. – 10:00 A.M. in Olde St. Andrew Catholic Church, 135 S. Sycamore St., Newtown, PA 18940. There will be a Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. Burial to follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Catherine's memory to Coaches Vs. Cancer, c/o St. Joseph's Men's Basketball, 5600 City Line Ave., Phila., PA 19131.

Mrs Doherty was our neighbor on Greeby Street many years ago. I remember her as a sweet lady. I can still see the entire Doherty family sitting out back in the summer. All the neighborhood children loved to feed their rabbits. Rest in Peace .
