Dear Claire,
I feel so truly blessed to have known you. I don't ever remember seeing you wihout "that smile" on your face. You
had the ability to make our days brighter and happier just being in your presence.
I thank you for giving me Beth, my beautiful, loving daughter-in-law who has given my three amazing granddaughters. Their smiles and laughter will always remind me of you.
When you see my Steve up there with Jesus, please give him a hug for me.
We will miss your gentle spirit, but never forget you.
Love, Marilyn (David's Mom)

My Godmother - Aunt Claire: What a tribute you received by your loving family -- they did you proud!! I pictured you smiling from ear to ear from the beginning to the end. You were well loved and that showed by all the friends and family that came to pay your their last respects. I believe I heard that the line was out the door and it lasted for the whole two hours. Your church service was beautiful starting with welcoming you in by the bag pipes to listening to Shannon and Anthony's reading the scripture and having Sarah and Sabrina sing Amazing Grace - WOW! Susan was given the honor of giving your Eulogy which truly reminded everyone how blessed we were to have you here with us on earth and I know in my heart your job isn't over that you'll be watching and guiding us as you've always done. You were escorted to your final resting place by I'd say at least 50 cars and everyone gathered afterwards for a unbelievable luncheon which ended the way it should with a slide show of your life on earth done by David. I Love You and will Miss You but you will always be my Sweetest Angel.

Dearest Beth, Dave, and the entire family, We were so very blessed to be touched, if only briefly, by your mothers sweet spirit. There is not doubt in our minds that Claire is in a very special place. She will be waiting and preparing the way for all that follow with open arms and that beautiful smile. Heavenly Father loves her dearly, as he does all of you. Remember, death is not a bad thing, it is only another stepping stone on the pathway back to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Claire loves you and misses you but she doesn't want you to be sad. Her faith was something to inspire us all. Sincerely, The Ambridge Family

To My Dear Friend,

I met Claire when she was hired at Lenox in 1990. I liked her instantly and through the years we developed a friendship. We had a group of our Lenox friends every summer for a pool party and at Christmas we had a party. Claire and Tony never missed our parties and loved coming to our home. Claire said it was like coming to a resort, so relaxing. This past Christmas was the first party they ever missed because Anthony was recovering from surgery. On Jan. 6th
my family gave me a surprise 70th birthday party and there was Claire and Anthony. I cried as I knew it took everything they had in them to make my party and this is the last time I would see Claire. I spoke with her on the phone towards the end of Jan. She was the sweetest lady, so kind and thoughtful, always uplifting my spirts when she might be down herself. I will truly miss
this wonderful person. May you rest in peace now Claire.

Love,

Dearest Nana,

It was cold last night but the warmth of your spirit insulated our walls.
It's been ever so quiet but your laughter and smiles remain in these halls.
We have so many questions that need clarification. Will you ask God if you can take a vacation?
We will always miss your tender heart. I can't speak for others, mine is torn apart.

I need you to know that your words and unselfishness helped my family to heal and for that I am forever grateful.

Love,

Sarah Carpenter

Hi Nana,
I miss you so much, but I know your with God. I am happy we had many good times. Like whenever my parents are out you tell us the funniest stories of my mom when she was a little girl. I will never forget those good times. I love you Nana and hope you are happy up in heaven.

"There are three things that will endure-faith, hope, and love-the greatest of these is love" I Corinthians 13:13. Mom this is what you taught me not only through our love but the love you had for so many others. You are my best friend and I will miss you so much. You were a beautiful person inside and out. You taught me unconditional love; just as God has for us. Your strength in faith inspired so many especially me. We shared so much and I am so blessed to have had you for my mother. I know how special you were to me and my family. Yet when others begin to share with me their experiences of you, I'm in even greater awe of your depth and influence here on earth. Your modesty and grace amazed me and I aspire to live my life in the same manner. You taught us so many good lessons in life and helped us grow in our faith as well. As a mother you were one of the best. God must be as delighted to have you as we all were. Not a minute will go by without you in my thoughts. I love you so much and I will see you again in heaven. Love Beth

Dear Nana,
You are very missed. But I know you are happy because you can breath and you feel like a 20 year old women. I look at all the pictures of you when you were very young and I see me in you. I am very blessed to be just like you. Whenever I go into your room I think of all the good times we've had. I know that every night you are sitting on my bed tapping my shoulder. And every morning when you pass me and I am doing school I hear you calling me your little school girl. I miss you ever so much. And hope you watch over me until I come up to heaven with you and God. I love you so much.

Mr. Sneidar, Tony, Patti, Mimi, Beth, David, Grand & Great Grands,

Our deepest and sincere expression of sympathy to the entire family. Words can't express the sorrow in our hearts. But, we hope the happy times we have all shared with Mrs. Sneidar will outweight the pain we feel now. Her silence, smile, and fun loving spirit is simply a permanent marking with all of us never to be forgotten. Mrs. Sneidar
is now an ANGEL in heaven taking care of those she loves so dearly.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

GOD BLESS!!!!

Love, Marc, Linda, Jenna & Sean Riordan

To My Dear Sweet Godfather and Cousins,

We've all been blessed to know and love Aunt Claire. Joanne and I feel especially blessed that she, so steadfast in her faith, is our Godmother.

I can’t begin to tell you how deeply we feel your sorrow, but you know that. Please also know that we love you and will do our best to be strong so you can lean on us, if you need to. We’ll cry with you and, no doubt, we’ll laugh together, too. We’ll hold Aunt Claire near and dear in our hearts forever. You’re all a very important part of our lives and she was always our angel.

With love and strength for you and Uncle Tony,

Ryan Gibbons

To Everybody,

I'm not much of a religious person and I think at my age, a lot of people question their faith - it's natural. I'd tell her this and she told me "It's ok, you'll grow up one day." She also thought I'd grow up one day and be a Republican... When I walked out of the hospital, the first thought I had was, "Wow, God must have been so excited to get Claire on his team that he showed the world how happy he was by the weather. It was the most beautiful day this year and one we'll all remember for the rest of our lives. Thanks for leading me the right way Nan, and I miss you.

Claire (my Mother) ALWAYS managed to find the silver lining in everyone and everything. She had nothing but love for her family, friends and God. She will be missed, but, she has gone where God needed her; "WITH HIM".
She touched so many people.
