You do not know me, but my mother, Marjorie Charlotte Duggan (b. 1927, like her cousin Marjorie), was Clay's first cousin. We have long known of my Grandfather Dan's brother who went to New York to become a publisher. I was researching the family tree and was surprised to find notice of Clay's death just two weeks previous. I was able to view his lovely funeral and have added his memorial to our family tree site at ancestry. He sounds like a wonderful man. I attended a service of those who sing just the psalms in Scotland in the 80s and was most impressed - how interesting that Duggans would have become a part of that. Any of you are welcome to call if you are in Tennessee and wish to see the farm Clay Sr. grew up on, located about 30 minutes drive from where I live.
