DENNIS BOYLE

BOYLE REV. DENNIS P. Age 75 of Clifton Heights, PA, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2021. Father Boyle was the son of the late Edward J. and Mary A. Boyle, born in Philadelphia and raised in Clifton Heights. He is a 1964 graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School and was ordained a priest for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia on May 19, 1973. He served in the following parishes: St. Richard's, Philadelphia; St. Joan of Arc, Philadelphia; Queen of Peace, Ardsley; St. Ambrose, Philadelphia. He is survived by brothers, Edward J. Boyle (Dolores) of Havertown and Richard D. Boyle (Margaret) of Clifton Heights and sisters, Winifred Shanders of Wasilla, Alaska; Mary Sylvester (Daniel) of Media and Elizabeth Ann Boyle of Clifton Heights and sisters-in-laws Helene Boyle of Havertown and Patricia Boyle of Phoenixville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, great grandnieces, and great grandnephew. Relatives, Clergy, and friends are invited to his Viewing Saturday, September 04, 2021, 9:30 A.M. St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3422 Dennison Ave, Drexel Hill, PA 19026 and to his Funeral Mass 11 A.M. in the Church. Interment in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
