Dorothyann "Dottie" O'Neill-Ziemer

O'Neill-Ziemer Dorothyann "Dottie" "Dottie" passed away peacefully on November 7th, 2025, at the age of 68. She was the beloved wife of Tommy Ziemer; devoted mother of Justin Davidson (Jennifer), JessicaLee Davidson, and Stacey Ziemer; and loving MomMom to Shea Shea, Reiley, Li Li, TJ, Bubba, Alivia, Gabriella, and Nana. Dottie was the cherished sister of Joanne, Tommy, Rita, Michael, Jimmy, and Tricia, and was preceded in death by her brother Charles. She was also the beloved step-daughter of Joseph Rogers. Born in Mayfair and raised in the Parkwood neighborhood of Philadelphia to her parents Charles P. O'Neill and Maryann Rogers, Dottie was a proud graduate of Archbishop Ryan High School, Class of 1975. She later earned her Associate's Degree from the Community College of Philadelphia. Dottie dedicated more than 20 years of her life to helping others as a Counselor for Community Service Foundations. She had a deep love of travel and adventure, taking memorable trips to Alaska, Spain, Italy, and Greece. Dottie was also an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous. Family and friends are invited to Dottie's Life Celebration on Saturday, November 15th, from 9 – 11 A.M. at the JOHN F. GIVNISH FUNERAL HOME, 10975 Academy Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19154. A Memorial Service will follow at 11 A.M. At Dottie's request, please do not dress in black but dress in bright colors to celebrate her life.
