Dr. Wagner was truly a legend in his own time in Cheltenham Village. Everyone loved him and the care receiived. Always took time to know you and treat you without rushing You out the door. When my Mother was in a nursing home in NE Phila., he went there to provide care. Don´t make doctors like him any more. Fred Kraus

He was a wonderful doctor to my parents and my own family till he retired. He was a great diagnostic and caring physician and is dearly missed.

My condolences to the Wagner family. I will never forget his wonderful care of my family during our years living in Cheltenham Village.
A great guy and personality who helped me through many athletic injuries, 1960 thru the `70´s.
We had many great conversations and he was a straight shooter.
I was very fortunate to be under his care.

Our family doctor until he retired. I remember he even made house calls when we were to sick to go to his office on Central Ave. Went out of his way in taking care of many of the elderly in the village. Very dry sense of humor.
