WEIGAND FAMILY, ED HAS BEEN MY FRIEND AND NEIGHBOR FOR 48 YEARS I WATCHED ALL THE CHILDREN GROW UP ON MCKINLEY ST HE COVERED MY LEFT FLANK WHO BETTER A PURPLE HEART RECIPIENT STAND UP GUY DEDUCTED FAMILY MAN.MY FRIEND AND I WOULD STAND AT THE FENCE IN FRONT AND BACK TO DISCUSS THE CURRENT DAYS NEWS AND VIEWS AND OUR FAMILY JOYS AND WOES.I FEEL I LOST A BROTHER IN ARMS AND IM CRYING BECAUSE I LOVED THIS MAN MY NEIGHBORS ED AND NANCY WEIGAND WERE MY ROCKS WHEN I WASN'T ON MCKINLEY ST I NEVER WORRIED.THE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN THE MOST RESPECTFUL AND WONDERFUL AND HAVE RAISED WONDERFUL FAMILY'S OF THEIR OWN. MUCH LOVE FROM THE DEFELICE FAMILY TO THE WEIGAND FAMILY WE HAVE A GREAT LOSS HERE TODAY
