Grandma, I woke up today wishing I could call you. Catie and Matthew were talking about their garden yesterday and said they wish they could tell grandma how big it had gotten. They said that you would be so happy because in your last conversation you told them to call and keep you updated on what grew. All our plants are still alive this year which is new. I told them you were looking down on them and they can show you everyday what veggie or fruit they have growing. I miss you. Catie was looking at pictures and found the one where we were at your house with CJ getting love from Catie and you are sitting next to them both with a smile on your face. I love you.

I was thinking about you today Elaine, when you were 14 years old and my mom and dad took you to Atlantic City. How we laughed that whole day. I remember the time when we were 15 and had a little party at your house. We take the pretzels to the wall and thought it was decoration and laughed and laughed. See you on the other side, love you
