Just read about Mr. Fred Sr.'s passing. My sincere condolences to Robin, Fred Jr., and the entire Perri Family. I met your Dad through Freddy, my classmate at Delaware Law School, and I worked with Robin at Cora Services, and we had dinner at you Dad's restaurant, The Circle Pub. It was great Italian food of course! What a wonderful man he was and his children are a wonderful legacy to Fred Sr. and his wife Mary. May he rest in peace. Sincerely, Hugh Keough, Esq.

It was a heartfelt loss that Jeanne and I felt when we got word that Fred passed away. Our heartfelt and sincere condolences go out to the entire Perri family. Fred was always full of life, cordial, and just a great person and friend. Fred was always a devoted husband, loving father and so proud of his children, and adored all of his grandchildren. Fred was an inspiration to me personally, and I was always impressed with the job he did as a state legislator, DRPA police administrative grant coordinator and finally as an admired and respected traffic court judge. Fred's passing has surely created a void in my life, I will miss him dearly. We had a lot of great times together and I will always treasure them for the balance of my years.May he rest in peace and be with our Lord.
