I had the honor to meet Francine on my first day at work in HR at IBC on Feb. 10, 1992. From that day on Francine and I worked together. She was assigned to train me, and I couldn't have asked for a better mentor/co-worker. I observed Francine's beautiful work ethic and gentleness. I learned so much from her professionally and personally. She always spoke so proudly of her family and at the time, her boyfriend Tracy. I always admired Francine and was so happy when her and Tracy got married. I will never forget all that she has taught me...as I'm still working at IBC @ 16 years later. Tracy, Francine would want you to be strong for her, so we are praying for you and both families to continue her legacy. God bless you. Francine will be greatly missed, but she will always be a part of us.
