I just finished a lengthy entry and got shut out...so...Frank, here's to you, many lives have been touched by you and your humor - we'll all miss you, Take care, Squirt p.s. I hope you are at peace and maybe you can be one or our Guardian Angels...we all could use a little help

I just got an email from a friend at EPA (Glen Lapsley)about Frank. I spent a lot of time with Frank in the 90"s. Great guy who gave me a lot of great advice. He was part of the group I managed, but I felt he was my boss. So sorry to see him go, but we all must. God bless you Frank. Thank you Glen Lapsley for letting me know.
Respectfully.....dave Wright
