When I had the honor of joining the Nelis family, I found Uncle Frank to be a welcoming, kind, and humorous regular at family events. I always sought out a seat next to him. He would warmly greet me with a huge smile and we spent many events together laughing and talking about gardening, trees, and life. I truly cherish the brief moments I was able to spend with him. I will miss him dearly. I know his light will continue to shine through all those whose paths crossed with his. He was one of the kindest people I have ever known, my heart goes out to you all.
