FREDELLE C. (nee Zitt), Jan. 2, 2004; wife of the late Morton; mother of Dr. Joel (Sharon) Chack, Dr. Benjamin (Jan) Chack, Eliot (Sandy) Chack and Myra (Charles) Fleischer Esq.; sister of Hersh Zitt and Dova Aroeti; also survived by 9 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Tues. 2:30 P.M., precisely, GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. Interment, Montefiore Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Dr. and Mrs. Benjamin Chack. Contributions in her memory may be made to The American Cancer Society.

Please accept my condolences on the loss of your mother, Fredelle. I was friends with Myra and Eliot in high school, and she was always quietly pleasant and tolerant of the silliness that we were exhibiting at that time in our lives. My thoughts are with you all.
