GEORGE G., 79 of Abington, PA, Sept. 10, 2007. Beloved husband of Patricia (nee Reinhart). Loving father of Susan Cyliax (Curt), Geary (Margaret), Amy (Jon), Stephen (Darlene), Megan (Arthur, III) and the late George Fitzpatrick and Karen Polise. Grandfather of Lisa, Sherry, Kelly, Gearet, Jamie, John David, Lydia, Erin, Patti, Stephen, Jr., Matthew, Bridget and A.J. Brother of Sally Anderson and S. Raymond Fitzpatrick. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Wed. 7-9 P.M. at his late residence, FITZPATRICK FUNERAL HOME, 1500 York Rd., Abington, PA. Funeral Mass Thurs. 11 A.M. at Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 1500 Marian Rd., Abington, PA 19001. Int. Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Contributions in his memory to O.L.H.C Church at above address would be appreciated.

Recently, my travels had me passing George's Funeral Home. I grew up around the funeral business and had the pleasure of knowing and working for both George and his brother Ray. I knew them as kind, funny and generous gentleman. I know George will be missed by a great number of people. He will be in my prayers, today.

My uncle George was a kind and caring man who always wanted the best for the people in his family and those close to him. I will always admire his guidance and high personal standards. He will be missed, but not forgotten.
