GERALD HARTMAN Obituary
Calling hours will begin on Sunday, July 20th, from 6 to 8 P.M., and again Monday, July 21st, from 10 to 11:30 A.M., both at Our Lady of Good Counsel, 611 Knowles Ave., Southampton, PA. Mass will begin on Mon. at 11:30 a.m. Jerry will be laid to rest at Resurrection Cem., Bensalem, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the P.A.L. of Philadel-phia, 2524 E. Clearfield St., Phila. PA 19134. Condolences may be given to Jerry's family by visiting

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. The members of our Cop-NET family would like to thank Gerald Hartman for his dedication and service to the citizens of Philadelphia. The passing of Jerry will be broadcast to our 3,488 members shortly and we would like to extend our sincere condolences to his family. His absence from our ranks will be deeply missed by the remaining members of Philadelphia's Finest who were fortunate to have served with him during his police career. He will continue in our thoughts and prayers during our remaining days. "Until we meet again, my friend, may God Hold you in the palm of his hand. " . . .

RIP Mr. Hartman. I know u will never see this but i just want to thank you for everything you've done for me. You inspired me to play basketball when I first came to your camp. Having you for class and being part of your academic group was great, these are memories that i will never forget. You always put a smile on my face and you always made the best out of any situation. Thanks so much for everything. You will always remain in my heart.

I am so sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. I was fortunate to have been the gym teacher at St. Bernard's when he was tha PAL officer there. The children who went to St. Bernard School will never forget him.
