It has been 10 months since you left us and not a day goes by that I don't think about you, or wish that I could call you and tell you what's going on in my life. I know you see everything and can hear every word but it's not the same without you here. I feel an ache in my heart that nothing will take away. You were here with me for 50 years we went through good times and bad time together and got through. I am doing the best I can here without you but it's not easy. I miss you more today than I did when you first left and everyday is a struggle. I love you and I miss you, I'll see you in Heaven my Brother, stay close.

Well today I'm 29 unc, I've been up since 6 am. This is the first time in 29 years you can't call me and wish me a happy birthday, yet I'm still staring at my phone waiting for your name and picture to pop up. I miss you so much it hurts, I feel like something isn't right. I love you unc and my only wish is that I could talk to you one more time...just one more conversation..

I can't believe it's over 8 months my Love. I miss you more than words. Todays weather was so beautiful we would have talked all day contemplating what to do after work.. what to do for dinner..etc..we would have been taking/studying the college classes we agreed to take by now. I'm taking one we agreed on Social Psychology..its so interesting..we would be cuddling, discussing it right now. I would have had your lunch packed already with a secret love note included from my heart. They say days get softer, and they do, but not a minute goes by that we don't think of you. Knowing you are with Jesus free of mortal burdens helps us smile up at you in Heaven. I know you are proud of all of us...continuing to better our lives and stay strong. It's not easy...some days are good and then boom...grief hits out of no where. But be proud that we are strong and stick together. If it weren't for your family and their values that you inherited in spirit I'd be lost without them. Keep watching over us my Handsome Love and keep the dreams coming...I love and miss your kind loving heart...Love Alisa

I met Gino in Lewisburg, Pa. He was a great pinochle player and even a better man. I learned alot from Gino and happy that God crossed our paths for a little while. My sincere condolences to his family. Rest in Peace, Gino my friend.

It's been 8 days now and I still don't believe you're gone I still want to call you to come see my new place. Thank you for everything unc I remember EVERYTHING we did as a family, there isn't a single moment I forget. All the trips to the shore, the pool hall when you and your buddies would stand me on the table and play between my legs, I still remember the tan suit you had on that day. My midget uncles gone but now I got a bigger angel.

My sweet chicken. I cannot imagine life withought you..You were an inspiration to all hearts you touched. You were living a clean life ,doing right by God,working every day, raising your boys and doting on mother hen (Viola) You taught me how to be a better person, how to love unconditionally and I know we would have grown gracefully old together happy growing old on the sofa watching Jeopardy.I loved to scratch your back, make you breakfast and pack your lunch everyday, talk to you , pick your brain, watch Dave Chappelle and laugh our little chicken butts off. My Gino My Love, Words cannot express the pain we are all experiencing. Your family is a rock that I thank od for. I grateful that God brought us together you were the love of my life and I will hold that memory in my heart forever. You made me a better person...you strived to make everyone in your life a better person. I knew the REAL Gino...the softie. I was looking forward to spending the rest of my life with you watching "Jeopardy" , cooking together and taking mother hen Viola to the gym. You were a wonderful son, father, brother, friend and uncle and an inspiration to all of us in your world. You put your past behind you and I can attest to that. You were highly intelligent and made me laugh from the minute we woke up until the minute we were cuddling asleep. My Brother is gone, what more can I say. Someone came and took him away. No thought for the family that he left behind to deal with the anguish and emptiness we find. No reasons apparent only lies and deceit. No answers to heal us or make us complete. A part of our hearts has been ripped from us now. We must go on. Someone Please tell us how?

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Although I do not know you my heart broke when I saw his mom on the news. No one deserves to die like that and no mother should have to bury her child. God rest Gino's soul may he rest in peace. My sincere sympathies to the entire family.
