I will never forget when Harold offered me a job at his new store Olive Lucy. I met him at VOFM at the tennis courts. He and his wife Sharon soon became dear friends who I will never forget. May his memory be a blessing for all who knew him.

I met Harold for the first time at a place called Michael Shaw working for my neighbor Marty Borowsky while I was still in high school and later on for Castle's Wallpaper. He was a great person to be with and even though I didn't get to see him often, he was my friend for life. I will miss him.

To my dearest friend HBK. I remember when the four of us first met in January 1973 as next door neighbors. But it only took a short time thereafter that we became the best of friends. My heart is broken at your untimely departure. Har, if there is an after-life, I hope we'll get to see each other again. May you rest in peace. LJB

For the last 15 years, Harold was my neighbor.
Almost every day, you would see him outside
running through our streets for exercise.
Rain/Snow/Heat/Cold. He was going 100%.
We also played tennis together for 15 years.
On the courts? He'd always give 100%, as well.
He gave his family 100% and his work 100%.
No. He did not win this last battle.
But, I can personally guarantee that
there was no quit in this man. -Tennis Bob
