We were stunned and sorry to learn that Harvey was no longer alive. We looked forward to seeing him in the neighborhood, because he was always warm, friendly, and took the time to make us laugh. Harvey was an amazing human being. I was lucky enough to serve with him on the Montgomery County Foundation, Inc Board of Directors. His contributions to the Foundation were immeasurable. My deepest heartfelt condolences on the passing of your beloved Harvey. I met Harvey while working for The Montgomery County Foundation, Inc. in Blue Bell where Harvey served on the Board of Directors. Harvey was such a sweet and caring person who spoke kindly of his family expecially his grandchildren. I am sure will be sorely missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May your beautiful memories of Harvey sustain and comfort you during this very difficult time until you meet again. Best wishes, Ellie
