Herbert Bruner Obituary
He was born in Candler County and lived all his life in Effingham.
Wayne enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching all sports, especially when his Georgia Bulldogs played.
He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert Bruner; sister, Debbie Bruner; son, Danny Bruner; and nephew, Robert T. Bruner.
Survivors include his wife, Vickie V. Bruner; daughters, Dana B. Causey (Rodney), and Jennifer Ellis; sons, Ken Bruner, Jason Ellis (Lisa) and Corey Ellis; his mother, Hazel Bruner; brother, Bobby Bruner (Brenda); sister, Bonnie Bruner; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be conducted Wednesday, May 25, 2022, from 5-7 p.m. at Carlson & Riggs Funeral Home.
