James E. Furmall

James E. Furmall, 79, of Louisville, died Saturday, December 20, 2003, at Norton Southeast Hospital. He was born in Foutain Run, KY, a retired truck driver for Local #89, a Navy veteran of World War II and a former member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Madelyn Furmall. He is survived by his sons, James Furmall Jr., Michael Stuart Furmall and his wife, Diane, and Mark Jeffrey Furmall and his wife, Donnie; daughters, Linda C. Priddy and her husband, David; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 23, 2003, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., a family-owned and operated funeral home centre, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 4:30-9 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2003, and from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home.
