JANET (nee Cohen), January 12, 2011. Mother of Wendy (Scott) Barmat and Steven (Jeanette) Addis, sister of Paul Cohen and Jack Cohen, grand-mother of Tasha and Brandon Barmat, Zachary and Austin Addis. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Friday, 1 P.M. precisely at Shalom Memorial Park (Sec. Jacob-2), Pine and Byberry Rds. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Wendy and Scott Barmat. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Phila., PA 19106
