If you ever thought that a teacher doesn´t make a difference in a students life; you would be wrong. One of the many things that Mr. Malone taught me was how to address a letter. Everytime for the last 30 some year when I write on an envelope whether it be a college application, my wedding invitations or a mass card for a funeral, I would think of him. Thank you for teaching me this simple gesture and for being an excellent teacher for thousands of students including me.

A wonderful gentlemen and the living body of the spirit of St. Francis De Sales which he carried with him his whole life and learned at North Catholic. The Alumni Board will miss this spirit at our monthly meetings for sure. He was a great story teller and opened our eyes to what life was like back at North in years he attended. We only wished we were able to hear more of his humorous tales for it inspired many of us to further appreciate how lucky we were to have him attend our meetings. We thank his family for making this effort. So sorry for you loss. Tom Morgan '64
