MILLIGAN JOHN J. Age 82, passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family on November 22, 2025. Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Edna (nee DeMaine) Milligan. Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Bosak). Devoted father of John Dooley (Michele), Kathleen Malseed (Ed), Timothy Milligan (Maura), and Michelle Milligan. Cherished grandfather of Stacy (Fred), Jackie (John), John (Amy), Evan (Briana), Timothy (Alex), Ryann and Patrick. Loving great grandfather of Freddie, Myer, John, Delilah, Johnny, Amelia, Arlynn, Jude, Maisy, Norah Rose, Neave. Adored brother of the late Margaret Cieslinski (William), Florence O'Rourke (Tom), the late Joseph Milligan (Hilda), and the late Patricia Livewell (John). A former Philadelphia Police Officer. He began his career as a Highway Patrolman and retired as a Lieutenant of DEA. Former employee of the Philadelphia School Board and ended as a beloved delivery man for Primo's (NW). A Cape May Emerald Society and AOH member. Born and raised in Fishtown where he proudly resided until he moved to his home in North Wildwood. Everyone knew to walk up the driveway for a beer and good conversation. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, November 29, 11:00 A.M. at St. Ann Church, 2901 Atlantic Ave., Wildwood, NJ. Family and friends are invited to pay respects at 9:00 A.M. at the church. Interment will be at a later date.
