Dear Meghan and Jack,

Several weeks ago I read in the paper that your Mom's work here on earth was finished. Maryellen and I went to high school together. Although we did not have a relationship outside of school , I always remember her to be happy, kind and fun to be around. My heart was sad to learn that her work was finished. Yesterday as I read the paper I was drawn to your Dad's picture only to learn that now he too was in heaven. There are no words I can write that will adequately express how sorry I am for your profound losses so close in time. My prayer for you and the Dougherty and Lyons family is that the Lord will give you what you need to be healed. I am very sorry.

Dear Megan and Jack, losing a parent is always difficult, losing both parents in such a short time must be divesting. I want to say this, over the last few years when we were past of the various gatherings Sue and I always talked about how much fun we had and how Unc and Maryellen always made us feel at home. What I will always remember about Unc, is how on every April 2 since 2003 he would call me to see how I was doing on my Dads birthday, I loved that. You are both in our prayers.

Jack was the kindest and most generous man. His kindness was only ahead of his sense of humor. He made my sister very happy and he has now gone to be with her. We will try to live our lives by following their example. May you both rest in peace and we will love and remember all the good times forever. annie(nan)

Megan, Jack, & the Dougherty Family,

Our hearts are with you in your time of loss.

Jack was and always will be a kind hearted soul. He would never think twice about giving you the shirt of his back. The things he would do for just about anyone never ceased to amaze us, your mother and father showed nothing but compassion and great generosity to our family in times where we felt we couldnt go on. There were times wed think he could do anything, even fly. Jack has always been an angel, now he just has the wings to prove it. In loving memory of an amazing boss, and a spectacular person, well miss you jack, say hello to maryellen for us!!

Love,
The ENTIRE Stout Family.
