Jim Stabilito and I agree that John was such a great guy. Every month, I had lunch with John and the guys from Mount Airy. John was so well liked with his wit and generosity. I was blessed to have been friends with such a good and decent guy,

John was every ones friend. He will be missed and thought of every day. I knew John for over 50 years and we enjoyed playing poker every month for every one of those 50 years. RIP dear friend.

John was my next door for over 20 years. He was kind and thoughtful and I, along with my children, will miss him dearly. It's still hard to believe that I will not be seeing him sitting in his chair outside, or him asking me how my family was doing.... I am devastated.

The Oldt Family,
I met John in the 50's at St. Joseph Prep in Philadelphia. We have remained friends for all these years. John was very smart and witty. In John's earlier years,he liked The Jersey Shore but in later years he enjoyed the mountains. John and I liked to wager on the ponies. I was happy to pick one horse but John could hit exactas and trifectas frequently. My Brother Ken and I thought John was the best handicapper that we knew. John will be truly missed by his many friends and he will join many of his buddies in heaven. John Bruce Schmitt
