Dear Mary Rachel and Family,
John's passing has left a huge void in our hearts and in our lives. Having worked closely with him over the greater part of his professional career, we know first hand that he made a positive difference in the care of his patients, and he created a lasting organization of caring that was meaningful to his patients, their families, and the employees.
We will miss his sharp wit, total recall analysis, and his keen political astuteness of observation.
We know that Colby and Scout miss him terribly as do we all. He meant the world to us.
Take good care.
With much love,
Dick and Carole
