JOSEPH BENEVENTO

BENEVENTO JOSEPH Of Norristown, PA passed away on March 18, 2021 at the age of 96. Joe is survived by his niece, Orsina "Cookie" Young and her husband, Robert. He also had many close friends including Laura Nassif, Mary D'Angelo, Al D'Angelo, and Steve Haines. Joe was a big fan of the local sports teams but especially the Eagles and Phillies. He also enjoyed Italian cuisine, seafood and all types of fresh fruits and vegetables. Joe always had a good story about his days in the military during WWII but also liked to discuss current events including political developments. He was willing to offer advice and wisdom and support those who were in need. He left a lasting impression on those who were fortunate enough to have known him and he will be missed. Relatives and friends are invited to Joe's Life Celebration on Monday, March 29, 2021 from 11:45 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at BOYD-HORROX-GIVNISH LIFE CELEBRATION HOME of East Norriton, 200 W. Germantown Pike, 19401; followed by his interment at Washington Crossing National Cemetery promptly at 1:30 P.M.; please line up at the cemetery office in the designated area.
