Joe could walk into a room and his mere presence would put a smile on everyone's face. He never spoke a disparaging word about anybody. All who knew him loved him. I will miss you Joe but I will never forget you.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. The members of our CopNET family would like to thank Traffic Officer Joseph P. Blee for his dedication and service to the citizens of Philadelphia. The passing of Joe will be broadcast to our 3,531 members shortly and we would like to extend our sincere condolences to his family. His absence from our ranks will be deeply missed by the remaining members of Philadelphia's Finest who were fortunate to have served with him during his police career. He will continue in our thoughts and prayers during our remaining days. "Until we meet again, may God Hold you in the palm of his hand. " . . .
Semper Fidelis.

My deepest sympathies to Donna, the kids, and the extended Blee and Guglielmucci families! What will I miss MOST about Joe? The list is too long to mention, but especially his capacity to help anyone who needed it (even if you never asked), AND his generosity and congeniality as host of the numerous get-togethers of family and friends. Rest in peace and comfort Joe... you've certainly earned it!
