My husband and I just learned of Joe's passing. He was such a kind, compassionate gentleman. He helped me with both my Uncles' funerals and my Aunt's. He helped make these difficult times easier. Our sincere condolences are extended to his entire family.
We know he is missed but his wonderful spirit will live on in those who knew him.

What a fine lad Joe was, while dealing with both his wife's illness and his own, he was there to comfort us and help in the arrangements for both my brother and sister. Joe will be remembered as a true gentleman and a good friend to all who were fortunate enough to have known him.

Regrettably, I only saw Joe at funerals of family and friends,but our friendship remained. Back in grade school, Joe inspired me to do my best. Knowing all that he has faced over the past few years, and having spent time with him in April, he remains an inspiration to me. A graceful gentleman to the end. He and his family are in our prayers. At times like this we count on our Faith and there is no doubt Joe is enjoying the rewards of heaven!

Our hearts are broken for all of the Quinn family, and Joe's many good friends. Joe was a true gentleman, who shared his kindness and generosity with all who knew him. I wish that I knew him growing up, but am thankful for our friendship as adults. He had a great humor, and always had a LaSalle/Prep joke ready whenever we crossed paths. He will live in our hearts forever, and we are blessed to have know him.

Here's to the celebration of the life of a great Christian gentleman. Joe was a fellow Philly guy and classmate from Univ Notre Dame ('75). Above all, a trusted friend whose spirit and good cheer were boundless. Heaven awaits him but the joys of the Jersey Shore were surely a prelude. A fine and noble spirit, taken too soon.

He was such a nice man,i remember he helped me lay to rest so many of my loved ones my daughter in 1998,my father in 1995,my sister-in law in 2003,and i saw him just a for a few seconds when i rang the bell to bury my mother on 5/5/14 may he rest in peace so sorry to those who loved this great man..He touched my life ...My Deepest Sympathy Marianne Mc Clain and Family also the Dale Family

Mr. Quinn was a kind, compassionate and generous man. When I lost my Tom suddenly last January, he was so caring and compassionate. He went above and beyond, calling me every few days to see if I was ok and if I needed anything. Rest in Peace Mr Quinn xo
