JOSEPH JAMES
Passed into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at the age of 82 years. Joe resided in Edgewater Pk., NJ for 53 years. Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA on April 30, 1935. He graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from LaSalle University Joe will be lovingly remembered by his wife of almost 56 years, Kathleen and his children, Joseph (Carmen) Voelmle of Fort Myers, FL, Michelle (Vince) Zoppina of Burlington Twp., NJ, Kathy (Steve) Hazzard of Mantua, NJ, Mary (Joe) Cannon of Harleysville, PA, and Christine (Jason) Scheuren of Haddon Twp., NJ; 11 grandchildren, & his brother, Jack (Ann) Voelmle. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation and Funeral Services on Thursday, June 22nd beginning at 8:30 to 10:15 A.M. at Saint Joseph's Church 524 Warren St., Beverly, NJ. followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. Burial with military honors will follow in BGWCD Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. Contributions may be made to: St. Vincent de Paul Society, c/o Jesus the Good Shepherd 101 Middleton Street, Riverside, New Jersey, 08075 or Samaritan Healthcare and Hospice at www.samaritannj.org.

Joan and I are so sorry to hear about Joe"s passing. Joe was my cousin and along with Reds (Albert) and Jack we had a lot of fun together as kids. We left the area in 1972 but we have kept in touch with Christmas cards, etc. Joe was a great guy and we will miss him. Rest in Peace, Joe
